To view your Reward Points in detail, log in to your My Account with your username and password. Then, click on the My Point Reward menu link. The page gives your Point Rewards account summary, including the total points you currently have, the points you've earned being a loyal customer and the points you have used to exchange the items/ your exchange points history.

Similarly you could also access Your Reward points by clicking directly to the My Reward Points icon on the upper left corner of every page on the website. After signing in, you will be automatically directed to the Reward Points Items available for exchange and your Point Reward page could be accessed from the left navigational link.

To redeem your Reward points, you are expected to purchase item(s) and exchange your reward points in the process. After selecting the items you wish to purchase and before completing the checkout process, access the Reward Points section and select the My Reward Points Items you wish to exchange. If you are a new customer you will not have any points to redeem. If you are an existing customer who has purchased from SquidInkjets and have earned reward points you may wish to check on the points you have earned by signing up to your account and viewing your collected points on the top left of the page. Depending on your Reward Points, some items cannot be selected for exchange unless you have enough points to exchange.
