The SquidInkjets support ticketing system is a powerful tool provided to registered customers to manage their support tickets . It can help you manage and track cases, issues, challenges and provides you with a case history. Our system includes the ticket statuses of open, closed and pending tickets, and sends email notifications to you and to everybody related to the support ticket when the ticket has been answered by our customer support representatives. Ticket issue posted that has been answered will be placed in one page accessible only to you and our customer support, listed in a hierarchical order.
