Squid inkjets categorizes returns into 2 Types :
1st FAULTY GOODS
2nd INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
Squid inkjets are dedicated in providing the highest level of customer service and online experience.
Faulty Goods can be returned under the following conditions:
Squid inkjets require you obtain a Return Authorisation Number first. (Please note: Squid inkjets can not accept goods without a Squid inkjets Return Authorization Number)
Due to the manufacturer's restraints, Squid inkjets are limited to providing credits for returned goods which are over 3 months old from the original invoice date. However in the event a specific manufacture provides an exception for this product the manufacturer's exception will be passed directly to you the customer.
Laser or copier returns - Squid inkjets is required to submit evidence of faulty printed pages processed from the faulty cartridge in question. Manufactures state no exceptions to this rule and without this evidence Squid inkjets are unable to obtain credits on your behalf. (Please Help Squid inkjet to better help you)
Manufactures expect cartridges to be over a minimum weight before Squid inkjets can accept them for return.
Refilled or Tempered Products - will directly result in a credit application being rejected.
Please ensure that ALL cartridges returned to Squid inkjets are correctly sealed and secured as to not leak or get lost in transit.

Proof of Delivery for Good returned to Squid inkjets
Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay the freight charges to the Squid inkjets warehouse. Squid inkjets requires the customers to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to Squid inkjets. Goods that are shipped freight on or marked receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.
Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
In the case of:
CARTRIDGES : once received by Squid inkjets the cartridges, will then be evaluated and Squid inkjet will contact you, to advise you of the result.
HARDWARE : (printers etc) please contact the manufacturer directly to have repairs carried out under the manufacturer's warranty. Please feel free to contact Squid inkjets if you need assistance we are happy to help.
We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.
Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned under the following conditions:
Please login to your Squid inkjets customer account and place a returns request to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. (Please note: Squid inkjets can not accept goods without a Squid inkjets Return Authorization Number)
Please ensure that "incorrectly ordered goods" are returned in original packaging which maintains intact. Squid inkjets are unable to accept any "incorrectly ordered goods" which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Squid inkjets suggests that before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for. (For example, check the package of a cartridge to make sure the cartridge fits your printer.) Please do not hesitate to contact Squid inkjets as on occasions certain cartridges are compatible with several alternative brands of machine.
Packaging for returned "goods incorrectly order" are required to be packed in a separate box so that the original packaging will not be damaged (e.g. by stickers and or the returning courier handling etc)

All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Squid inkjets will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Guidelines for return goods, please adhere to the following:
Please refer to Squid inkjets Returns Policy (above) before filling out Return Authorization Number request form within your Squid inkjets customer account.
Please provide a copy of the RA number issued is to be attached to returned goods (Please ensure that a sample of faulty print for laser and copier cartridges), or goods will be returned upon arrival. Laser and copier returns cannot be processed without a sample of print. No exceptions.
Please ensure ALL "incorrectly ordered goods" returns must be unopened and in a saleable condition otherwise Squid inkjets reserves the right to reject credit.
Refilled or Tempered Products - will directly result in a credit application being rejected.
Please ensure that ALL cartridges returned to Squid inkjets are correctly sealed and secured as to not leak or get lost in transit.
Restocking fee of 15% will be applicable to goods being returned where the original fault of supply laid not with Squid inkjets.
Squid inkjets will provide a Credit note only for Faulty a product (Please note no replacement of a Faulty product is provided)
Squid inkjets is not liable for Freight fees on return goods.
