Purchaser means the person or legal entity identified in Squid inkjets invoice

No contract comes into existence until the Purchaser`s order is accepted by squid inkjets.

Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed by squid inkjets, payment for the products shall be made in full before delivery of the products.

In the event of part of the goods ordered by the Purchaser being out of stock, squid inkjets will advise the Purchaser of such and the Purchaser may elect to cancel the purchase for such out of stock items.
