Determining the Necessary Printer Resolution
Printer Determining the Necessary
Printer Resolution
The resolution question can be complex or simple depending
on whether the printer is an inkjet cartridges printer or
a laser printer. If you are printing text, the resolution
issue is simple. If you are priming bit-mapped graphics,
scanning a photo, or filling objects with different shades
of gray, the resolution issue becomes complex. Using scanners
to capture these grays can be frustrating. When talking
about resolution, the amount of memory required always needs
to be discussed.
